Let's Go 2026 - The Year of The Launch

Happy New Year! We hope your 2026 is off to a great start. Here’s what we’ve been up to over at The Mothership.

Behind the scenes, we’ve been working closely with our graphic designer—iterating, refining, and making thoughtful decisions to ensure The Mothership looks just as good as it plays. Every detail matters, and we’ve been taking the time to get it right.

Playtesting continues as well. We’ve been doing quick run-throughs and full plays to confirm that no tweaks are needed before we head to print. The good news? The game continues to play exactly how we hoped—smooth, competitive, and genuinely fun.

Winter has been in full force here in Michigan. With all the snow came snow days, and with snow days came games. We’ve learned new ones, revisited old favorites, and spent countless hours around tables with friends and family. It’s a reminder of why we started this in the first place: our genuine love for gathering, playing, and turning a snow day into a game day.

All of this momentum is carrying us straight toward our Kickstarter launch in April, and we couldn’t be more excited. Thanks for sticking with us—and stay tuned. We’re just getting started.
